General Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue revenue objectives generated from selling Datavo services to their defined user base of small/medium size businesses
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism as representatives of Datavo to the business community during all phases of customer contact from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management
  • Prospect or new business through cold and warm lead generation
  • Present professional solutions to customer's specific telecommunications needs utilizing Datavo products and services
  • 2 + years outside sales experience, cold calling small businesses
  • Excellent verbal, written, time management and presentation skills
  • Ability to persuade or influence individuals using oral communication skills
  • Must be capable of balancing between fulfilling customer needs and meeting company expectations and goals
