The standard service is packed with useful calling features such as business class phones, short code dialing, lines and numbers that appear on multiple phones, call pick-up groups, music on hold and an attendant console.

The myDatavo Web Portal interface allows you to manage every aspect of your account, from listening to voicemails, recording new messages using a microphone attached to your PC, initiating calls, and changing the schedule that affects how your account deals with incoming messages.

DASHBOARD


The myDatavo Web Portal Dashboard provides a quick view of the most common myDatavo functions at a glance, including a count of voicemail and fax messages in your mailbox, with an indication of how many are new, access to your contact list, a list of missed calls and a drop-down panel that allows you to select between Available, Do Not Disturb and Forward All Calls.


MOBILE FUSION


Mobile Fusion allows you to associate a mobile phone from another service provider to your MyDatavo account and allows you to access your MyDatavo Voicemail account from your mobile handset, configure your mobile phone to use your existing MyDatavo voicemail account, thereby replacing your mobile voicemail and providing them with a single shared inbox. You can also configure your MyDatavo account to send a text message to your mobile handset every time a new message arrives in your account.


MESSAGES & CALL HISTORY


myDatavo provides easy access to all Messages and Calls which allows you to easily retrieve voicemail and fax messages. You can also gain access to your complete call history – consisting of received and missed calls, and previously read or deleted messages.


CONTACTS



         CREATE CONTACT
The myDatavo Contact lists allow you to associate the name and details of a caller with one or more telephone numbers (such as home, office and mobile phone numbers). You can also record postal and email addresses for your contacts and can have a total of up to 1000 contacts in your account. The interface includes a powerful search facility, allowing the subscriber to look up a contact by name, organization name, telephone number or address. You can also use your Contact Lists to set up groups of contacts. Once a group has been established you can select these Contact Groups to conveniently address a single message to several other contacts.


         IMPORT CONTACTS
myDatavo Contact Lists can be integrated with your Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 contacts. Also, when you download the myDatavo Assistant (Windows Toolbar) and you have an Outlook profile, you can configure myDatavo Assistant to automatically synchronize any changes made to a contact in myDatavo with the corresponding entry in Outlook, and vice versa. This synchronization can be used alongside Import and Export methods without any unwanted duplication occurring.


CALL MANAGER


The myDatavo Call Manager allows you to manage how you handle incoming calls to your telephone number. It provides a single management interface for all incoming calls so that you can easily see which services are active and how they interact. Calls can be forwarded to multiple other telephone numbers, sent to voicemail, rejected and specific call handling rules can be specified based on the telephone number calling.


APPS


There are a few applications that can be downloaded on either your computer or mobile device that will provide even more control over how you handle your telephone calls. All myDatavo applications are completely connected one another so that calls made or received by one application or device can also be seen or retrieved from other devices.

• myDatavo Communicator, a desktop softphone for Windows PCs that allows you    to make telephone calls over your computer.

On Your iOS & Android Device myDatavo Mobile extends key communication features of myDatavo such as video calling, fax, voicemail and call manager to your mobile device. Pop-up alerts and widgets instantly notify you of new messages, keeping your communications accessible to you, regardless of where you are.


SETTINGS


The Settings within the myDatavo Web Portal provides access to various account details and allows you to change your call service settings, change account passwords and voicemail PINs. Here you can even configure the different buttons on your desk phone and establish call forwarding preferences, messaging options and configure voicemail to email notifications.
