VISUALWARE REMOTE AGENT WORKLOAD: VOIP 48 TEST

This module supports measuring and reporting any of the major VoIP codec protocols (such as the G7xx codec) deployed by Datavo, non-standard codec protocols are also supported. This VoIP test identifies quality issues such as lost or discarded packets, connection jitter and provides a MOS score valuation.

This test specifically performs multiple VoIP tests to Datavo’s server, pausing for 5 minutes between tests. This allows Datavo to review results over a period of time and eliminates the hassle in attempting to identify problematic factors from single test result.
