  • 900/976 Call Blocking - 900/976 Call Blocking is automatically activated at no charge so that 900/976 calls cannot be made nor charged to your line.
  • Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) - If you do not want to receive a call from someone when Caller ID is blocked, respond with an announcement that informs the caller that you are not accepting Caller ID Blocked calls and tells the caller to unblock their phone number if they wish to speak with you.
  • Automatic Callback - Dials a busy telephone number for 30 minutes and rings to your phone when the dialed number is clear.
  • Call Forward – Busy - Forwards your incoming calls to another phone number when your main telephone number is busy.
  • Call Forward – Don’t Answer (No Answer) - Forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you don’t pick up after a certain number of telephone rings.
  • Call Forward – Remote Access - Ability to activate or deactivate Call Forward Variable remotely.
  • Call Forward – Select - Allows you to forward pre-selected phone numbers to a number that you designate.
  • Call Forward – Variable - Allows you to forward your calls to a number of your choosing from any touch tone phone.
  • Call Hold - Allows the customer to put the current call on hold and then call another subscriber.
  • Call Jump - Seamlessly “jump” from a business deskphone handset to a smartphone or tablet and back again in the middle of a conversation. (Requires a myDatavo Subscription)
  • Call Pick-up - Allows a customer to pick-up an incoming call on a specific telephone line within their Business group by dialing an access code.
  • Call Return - Allows you to ring the number of the most recent incoming call. Call Return will continue trying to reach the calling party for 30 minutes
  • Call Trace - If you receive a harassing or threatening call, you can have the number traced. Customer must file a report with the local police department and fax Customer Service a copy of the report. The feature must be enabled in the switch on the telephone number in order for the feature to work.
  • Call Transfer Disconnect - Allows the customer to transfer calls to another subscriber.
  • Call Waiting - A special tone signals you when there is an incoming call while you are on the phone.
  • Call Waiting with Caller ID - The Caller ID unit displays the name (if available) and the phone number of incoming Call Waiting calls when on you are already on the phone.
  • Caller ID - Displays an incoming caller’s name and telephone number (if available) on a Caller ID-equipped phone before you answer.
  • Caller ID Blocking (Calling Number Delivery Blocking) - Prevents your name and number from appearing on the Caller ID unit of the person you are calling. You may subscribe to Caller ID Complete Blocking at no charge for continuous call blocking.
  • Directed Call Pick-up - Allows a customer to pick up an incoming call on a specific telephone line within their Business group, by dialing an access code followed by the target line's intercom code.
  • Hunting - Allows the customer to specify a list of numbers, and if the subscriber's line is busy when a call comes in, these numbers are called in sequence until one is not busy and can accept the call.
  • International Super Saver - add to your office telephone service and save big with special, low rates to any country you call.
  • Long Distance Unlimited - add to your office telephone service and receive Unlimited Local and Long Distance calling on all telephone numbers in your account. (up to five telephone lines)
  • Priority Call - Special callers are identified by a distinctive ring when they call.
  • Remote Call Forwarding - Enables your business to have the appearance of a local presence in an area outside your primary business location.
  • Selective Call Rejection - Allows you to block phone numbers from a list you have designated and route them to a message indicating you are not receiving calls at this time.
  • SimRing - When someone calls your myDatavo number all the phones specified in your account will ring. You can answer the call on any of the ringing phones, including your mobile phone, at the office, etc. (Requires a myDatavo Subscription)
  • Speed Calling - Allows you to program up to 37 frequently called phone numbers for dialing with a single-digit or double-digit code.
  • Three-Way Calling - Enables the subscriber to talk to two other subscribers on the same call.
  • Video Calling - Calling that allows you to utilize both the microphone and video capabilities of your smartphone, tablet or PC to make and receive calls. (Requires a myDatavo Subscription)
  • Voicemail - receive messages via email when you are unable to answer the phone.
